Madison Surgery Center in the UW Health 1 S. Park Clinic is located in downtown Madison, with clinic entrances located on Park Street and Regent Street.

Parking at Madison Surgery Center
Free parking is available in the parking ramp attached to the UW Health 1 S. Park Clinic. Enter the ramp by turning from S. Park Street onto Braxton Street. From Braxton, turn left into the clinic lot and then turn right to enter the ramp. Madison Surgery Center is located on the third floor.
Reminder: Please come directly to Madison Surgery Center Reception Desk on the third floor to check in for surgery. You do not need to stop anywhere else or register before entering the Surgery Center.
